Service Nature: We are a licensed Import-Export entity. While we have the authority to manufacture, certain products may be sourced from our verified network of third-party manufacturers. In such cases, SOM SUPPLY IMPORT EXPORT LIMITED COMPANY manages the quality control, procurement, and export processes on your behalf.
Agreement: You understand and agree that our services constitute commercial trade facilitation, B2B procurement, and supply chain management.

2. USER OBLIGATIONS AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Accurate Data: You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide through our website or direct communication channels—including your Company Details, Technical Specifications for requested products, and Order Quantities—is complete, accurate, and truthful.
Liability: SOM SUPPLY relies on the accuracy of the technical data you submit to create price quotes and supply plans. Any manufacturing errors, delays, or financial losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete specifications provided by you are your sole responsibility.
